YEŞİL GYO

Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is a portfolio management company established in 1997 to invest in real estate and real estate projects, capital market instruments, and capital markets. Its shares have been traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (İMKB) since 1999.

By an Extraordinary General Assembly resolution dated 30.12.2010, "Yeşil İnşaat Yapı Düzenleme ve Pazarlama Ticaret A.Ş." was transferred and merged with the company. As a result of the merger, the company's name was changed to "Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş."

This rating of 9.02 demonstrates the importance the company places on the SPK Corporate Governance Principles and its ability to manage this process in a consistent and dynamic manner.

Strengthening its portfolio by focusing on efficiency and profitability and investing in projects that enhance quality of life, Yeşil GYO’s portfolio includes Innovia – Turkey’s largest private sector project consisting of 16,000 housing units. With the Innovia Körfez Villaları project announced in June 2012 in the İzmit Körfez region, Yeşil GYO has bolstered its portfolio and is also prioritizing investments in Anatolia.

Yeşil GYO's goal is to increase the market value of all its future projects – starting with the Innovia brand – and to rank among the top three REITs within the next three years.
